MELITIS Red
ΟΙΝΟΣ ΕΡΥΘΡΟΣ ΗΜΙΓΛΥΚΟΣ
Προέρχεται από την εξαιρετική ποικιλία Κεφαλονίτικης μαυροδάφνης και άλλες εκλεκτές ερυθρές ποικιλίες. Αναδύει μοναδικά και πλούσια αρώματα φρούτων του δάσους (όπως βατόμουρα, σμέουρα, μύρτιλα) και δαμάσκηνου.
Συνοδεύει κρεατικά και κίτρινα τυριά. Ιδανικό με κρεατικά σχάρας και μπάρμπεκιου.
Παγωμένο, με παγάκια και προσθήκη γκαζόζας και φέτας λεμονιού ή λάιμ, γίνεται εξαιρετικό καλοκαιρινό κοκτέιλ (summer wine).
Σερβίρεται στους 12° – 14° C (καλοκαίρι)
και στους 16° – 18° C (ολοχρονικά)
MEDIUM SWEET RED WINE
Produced from the extraordinary variety of Cephalonian mavrodaphne and other fine red varieties. Unique and rich aromas of forest fruit (blackberry, red raspberry, blueberry), and plum.
It pairs with meats and yellow cheeses. Ideal with grilled and barbequed meat.
Chilled and mixed with crushed ice (or ice cubes), club soda (or seltzer water, or Sprite), and a slice of lemon or lime, it becomes a tasty and refreshing cocktail (summer wine).
Served at 12° – 14° C (summer)
Served at 16° – 18° C (year round)
